Refunds:
We do not offer refunds at this time.

Exchanges:
Exchanges are only possible while the courier is still at your door. If your item doesn’t fit or you’d prefer another color, please let the courier know at the time of delivery so they can process the exchange on the spot. Once the courier leaves, we are unable to make changes.
